  • All your goals and habits data is stored only on your devices and your private iCloud account, and is never accessed or shared by the developer.

  • Subscription status is securely managed by RevenueCat and Apple. No personal information is collected by the developer.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Habilitas offers a free 7-day trial, followed by paid subscription options.

  • Payments and subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID.

  • Prices may vary by region and currency. Please check the App Store for local pricing.

  • You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.

4. Disclaimer

  • Habilitas is provided “as is” without any warranties.

  • The developer is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the app.

7. Acknowledgement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between the user and the developer, not Apple. The developer is solely responsible for the app and its content. This agreement does not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This app is licensed for personal, non-transferable use on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by the user, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules, including use through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
